Hello, I'm Jazmin Medrano

I know that subtle but undeniable sense that there’s more. More of you to live, more to trust, more to create from. I’ve followed that pull. Through bold choices, heartbreak, reinvention, and plenty of mistakes. Through walking away from the life that looked right on paper but felt wrong at the core. Before this, I spent eight years in the music business industry with Universal Music in LA and Miami. I chased success, ticked the boxes, played the part. But underneath, I craved something else. Not just achievement, but meaning. Not just movement, but truth. There wasn’t one dramatic collapse. Just a clear moment of truth: a decision to stop abandoning myself and build a life that actually felt like mine. That meant listening closer. Choosing what was real instead of what looked good. Letting go of the “shoulds” and standing inside my own alignment (which led to quitting my job and traveling the world for 14 months). Here’s what I know now: Life isn't linear and leadership isn’t a title. It’s how you live. It’s how you move through resistance, stay with the hard things, how you show gratitude and compassion, and show up when no one’s watching. That’s where my work lives. I support people to lead from the inside out. To get honest about what’s off, what’s emerging, and what’s waiting to be claimed. I bring presence. I bring fire. I bring warmth. I bring clarity that won’t let you hide, not to tear you down, but to call you forward. I see what’s been suppressed, unspoken, or overdue for truth, and I hold it with care, precision, and a deep belief in what’s possible. This is about reclaiming your life. Not someday. Now.
