I’m Jazmin Medrano, leadership & executive transformational coach, facilitator, sparring partner, advisor, intuitive guide and (creative) catalyst (They're just labels.)
I help people like you bridge the space between longing and action.
I know the feeling of standing at the threshold, knowing you're meant for more, but unsure how to cross into it.
I left a career in the music industry in LA, Miami, and eventually Berlin, chasing success and doing everything “right,” only to realize that what I really craved was something I couldn’t perform my way into: something deeper, something truer. A life that felt like mine.
My turning point wasn’t a dramatic collapse and it didn’t happen all at once.
It was a quiet, undeniable insistence that my life had to mean more — and that no one else could build it for me.
Rebuilding didn’t come from chasing bigger dreams.
It came from listening closer, from choosing what felt true over what looked good or what was easy, and building a life that finally felt like mine.
Here’s what I know now:
